In August 2023, Rachel Quinn began studying for her Master of Science in Marketing at Clark University. She studied full-time with an additional course load to complete the two-year degree within one year. Quinn learned several crucial aspects of marketing in courses offered by the School of Business, including sustainable marketing, branding strategies, digital and social media marketing, marketing research and analytics, digital marketing analytics, and more. In May 2024, Quinn walked across the stage at graduation, shaking hands with the Dean of the School of Business, Dean David Jordan, proud of having completed her goal.

Quinn obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Marketing from Clark University. In 2019, Quinn was recruited to play Women's Lacrosse in the first class in program history to compete at the collegiate level with the Clark Univeristy Cougars, a member of the NEWMAC conference within NCAA DIII. Quinn was recognized for her dedication in the classroom by appearing on the Dean's List, as she had a cumulative GPA above 3.5. She was inducted into the Sigma Nu Tau Entrepreneurship Honor Society due to her cumulative GPA concerning her entrepreneurship and innovation minor above 3.6.

As a graduate assistant to the director of athletic communications, Quinn is responsible for Inside the Den, a newsletter sent by email to faculty weekly that summarizes and highlights aspects of each game, match, meet, or regalia played by the Cougars the previous week, Feature Friday, a press release posted weekly the Clark Athletics website spotlighting a student-athlete in their endeavors, interviewing athletes for features, curating digital content for social media and the website, public address announcer during contests, managing the media table at games, and more. This role requires a culmination of skills she has obtained during her bachelor's degree and learned in her master's program at Clark.
Starting in June 2023, Quinn worked part-time at Marshalls & HomeGoods in Millbury, MA. In this position, she is focused on developing her sales and communication skills as she pitched the TJX Rewards Card to consumers during checkout.
As a marketing intern for Second Chance Animal Services, Quinn established branding for the upcoming Pave the Way brick fundraiser campaign, created critical campaign materials such as logos, informational postcards, and flyers, and curated informational materials and graphics for monthly client newsletters.
